(Perfect for little hands and big appetites!)

Ingredients

  • 1 lb mince steak (or mix of beef & pork)
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried oregano (or Italian seasoning)
  • 2 tbsp ketchup (optional, for sweetness)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (For Cooking)

Instructions:

  1. Mix the Beef – In a bowl, combine mince steak, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, and ketchup. Let the kids help mix it with clean hands!
  2. Form Mini Patties – Have the kids roll small portions of the beef mixture (about the size of a golf ball), then press them down into small burger patties.
  3. Cook the Burgers – Heat olive oil in a pan or grill over medium heat. Cook patties for about 3-4 minutes per side, until browned and cooked through (75°C).
  4. Add Cheese – If using cheese, place a slice on top of the patties during the last minute of cooking.
  5. Assemble the Sliders – Let the kids build their own burgers with buns, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and condiments.
  6. Serve & Enjoy – Pair with fries, a side salad, or veggie sticks!
