Mini Beef Sliders Recipe
(Perfect for little hands and big appetites!)
Ingredients
- 1 lb mince steak (or mix of beef & pork)
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried oregano (or Italian seasoning)
- 2 tbsp ketchup (optional, for sweetness)
- 1 tbsp olive oil (For Cooking)
Instructions:
- Mix the Beef – In a bowl, combine mince steak, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, and ketchup. Let the kids help mix it with clean hands!
- Form Mini Patties – Have the kids roll small portions of the beef mixture (about the size of a golf ball), then press them down into small burger patties.
- Cook the Burgers – Heat olive oil in a pan or grill over medium heat. Cook patties for about 3-4 minutes per side, until browned and cooked through (75°C).
- Add Cheese – If using cheese, place a slice on top of the patties during the last minute of cooking.
- Assemble the Sliders – Let the kids build their own burgers with buns, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and condiments.
- Serve & Enjoy – Pair with fries, a side salad, or veggie sticks!
